Job Description
- Develop application training material and build upbasic, advanced, and application product by CBT(Computer Base Training)program.
- Mainly in charge of training delivery anddevelopment including basic/advanced ebeam knowledge, inspection/metrology, andnew tool introduction.
- Involved with product development cycle and co-workwith D&E toward the preparation for the training delivery at HVM (High - Volume Manufacturing) stage of product development.
- Record online training videos and collect field usecase to add value and expend current application training scope.
- Involved with new tool/feature development andfeasibility study for next generation tool and performance evaluation, whichinitiates new project for hardware/firmware design as well as softwarealgorithm improvement.

Master with Science/Engineering degree
Experience

Personal skills
- Experienced in ebeam tool, including SEM, TEM.
- Familiar with Semiconductor manufacturing andprocess flow.
- Experienced on yield engineering in Semiconductorindustry.
- Familiar in wafer CD Metrology/Overlay and Lithoprocess is a plus.
- Proactively learning new technology and willing toshare in terms of training delivery, or workshop.
- Basic English writing, reading, and conversation
Context of the position
WWATS System Application Training team is under Marketingdepartment. Mainly acts as a crucial role to deliver knowledge transfer andadvanced application related must-know. The main challenge for this positionis to proactively learning new stuff and gaining knowledge from D&E todevelop new training materials and delivery up to date training.
