Job Mission

ASML Customer Support is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.

The mission of the Strategic PMO is to support the strategic execution process for CS by connecting ASML strategy to CS priorities, supporting the preparation and following up on executive management meetings, and ensuring adequate reporting and management information is available for CS leadership to make decisions and recommendations.

Job Description

•Support CS EVP in the preparation of executive presentations and management meetings.
•Responsible for CSMT staff meeting minutes and follow-up of action items.
•Create and update CSMT share-point and MS Teams’ sites.
•Support and plan key events such as CSMT off-sites, SLT meetings etc.
•Support cross-functional sector-wide projects or initiatives.
•Analyze and break up complex problems into tasks and responsibilities that can be, and are, delegated and executed.
•Ensure resolution or escalation of any roadblocks that put project/ initiatives deliverables at risk.
•Communicate key projects status in/outside the department.

Education

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other relevant field

Experience

•Extended experience in a dynamic, fast-pace and high tech environment.
•Experience working with executive levels/senior leadership and the ability to influence and network.
•Ability to collaborate and manage bothinternal and external stakeholders.
•Plan, organize, manage and implement multiple projects concurrently across different geographical areas.
•Plan and coordinate events, off-sites and activities for the leadership/executive team.
