Job Mission

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing and product lifecycle management of HMI’s Install Base and Service Products.

Job Description

Responsible for market study, including: market segment identification, market sizing, MRS, and value proposition. Generate and maintain market collaterals, including: product brochure, whitepaper, and promotion materials. Responsible for product promotion at customer site. Responsible for service lifecycle management including: concept & feasibility, alpha, beta, and EOL. Manage CIP Program, including system performance enhancement. Perform competitive landscape study. Responsible for product training.

Identify new product design improvements for serviceability and reliability
Works closely with ASML marketing and product management teams to ensure roadmap is well aligned with the needs of our customers.
Works closely with program managers on key development projects, often acting as the sole marketing representative on the core team responsible for developing the product or program.
Develop and maintain Market Requirements Specifications (MRS) to clearly capture and define the product or service business opportunity
Develops product penetration strategy as part of the product introduction plans, including direct customer and chipmaker value propositions
Develops and maintains collateral for both new and existing service products
Provides product positioning training and materials for account managers, field marketing, and field service engineers
Maintains regular communications with direct customers and chipmakers to explain product roadmap, describe new product features & benefits, and coordinate customer technical interface meetings with top accounts
Increase knowledge of customer roadmaps, plans, processes and challenges supporting competitive analysis, Works closely with field marketing and product marketing to provide account and field service teams with collateral to respond to competitive threats
Works closely with various organizations to define a compelling product roadmap
Establish contract pricing, and help communicate the value of service to internal and external stakeholders.
Acts as key interface with account teams for product and technical inquiries and acts as primary local point of contact for new product evaluations – providing technical guidance to the product development group and account team on customer specific introduction strategies
Performs other duties assigned.

Education

Master’s Degree in Engineering or Material Science, or related technical engineering degree required.

Experience

8+ years of relevant work related experiences of application development and/or service in semiconductor manufacturing
Experience with front end semiconductor processing technology experience required
Experience in semiconductor capital equipment product marketing, product management, field marketing or applications with a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market
Experienced in developing product value propositions through deep knowledge of impact to customers.
Excellent knowledge of collateral creation, particularly with PowerPoint skills, to convey concise and unambiguous messaging
Experience in defining market needs based on deep understanding of customers, applications and products
Strong understanding about e-beam inspection technology
Strong understanding about best practice of defect inspection in R&D, ramp-up and manufacturing environment, in term of lot/wafer sampling strategy, linkage of defect with yield enhancement
Must be hands-on & willing to learn e-beam technology
Excellent communication skills and strong customer facing experience
35% travel capability international and domestic

Occasionally may be exposed to loud noise bursts and may be exposed to toxic gases (fluorine).
