Job Mission

The mission of this positions are .
The mission of this Project Leader is to function as a leaderinterfacing with all different external sectors, not limited to Customer Support, manufacturing, Supply Chain Logistics on behalf of Development and Engineering (D&E).
As Project Leader, you will lead design team in D&E, realize, and deploy for High Volume Manufacturing of the ASML products.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with applicants who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.


Job Description

The Project Leader in this position will lead a team of 10-20 FTE from concepts to High Volume NPI transfer within SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) Department. This particular team will work on Lasers, Sensors, Optical Microscopes designs and delivery to meet total system function and performance.

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with program managers and other project team members to provide assistance /technical support.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Manage risks and (internal) customer requirements.
Define deliverables for engineers .
Align with cross-projects on regular basis to ensure on time delivery of module .
Communicate upward and downward on regular basis.
Hold regular meetings to provide information, identify interdependencies, secure cross-sector alignment and agreements.
Work with architects to define the project scope and required budget.
Delegate tasks and follow up to team members.
Is able to assess and address technical risk based on team input from architects and design engineers.
Respond to requests for changes with impact assessment and secure program agreements before accepting changes.
Understand proper escalation paths and acts accordingly.


Education

Master degree or PhD in related areas of engineering preferred.

Experience

Proven three (3+) years working experience in project management
Demonstrated experience with new product introduction.
Experienced in managing suppliers.
Experienced in leading complex combined hardware & software projects.
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
Experience in Application Engineering Development is preferred
