Job Mission

The Customer Support (CS) Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) Upgrades Team travels the world advancing the creation of tomorrow’s microchips.
We upgrade EUV lithography equipment with ASML’s cutting edge innovations in semiconductor production. To support leading semi-conductor companies (ASML’s customers) and to receive the latest training on the quickly evolving EUV technology, our staff travels to various locations around the globe including Taiwan, South Korea, the Netherlands, and the United States. The CS EUV Upgrades Team is a force driving maximum performance and availability for ASML’s customers, paving the way to bringing smaller and faster microchips to people’s everyday life.
As an Intro Coordinator you drive, manage, monitor, maintain and secure progress on Alpha upgrades, being the connecting role between peers and external partners. In the Product Generation Process (PGP) you help to prepare the upgrade according to our operational requirements, working closely with the Intro (Early Access) Engineers and Product Owner.
You will work with the Intro Project Lead (PL), Intro Analyst and Toolbox PL during Beta and Intro/Ramp on improvements on the products, tools and processes, to ensure steady improvement of the upgrades and department. The role will predominantly exist of supporting the department in the process of maturing the products. Upgrade project coordination will be a smaller part of the job.

Job Description

  • PGP phase: work together with the Product Owner and Intro Engineers to prepare upgrades according to operational requirements.
  • Coordinate daily activities of Upgrades during Alpha test, reporting to various stakeholders.
  • Prepare the “Zero Repeat Game Plan” (ZRGP) during Beta and Intro/Ramp upgrades, incorporating lessons learned into future upgrades.
  • Support the Intro PL and Industrialization PL, driving Continuous improvement based on field experience and lessons learned during execution and wrap up.
  • Support the Toolbox PL in defining and improving Ways of Working and Work Instructions.

Education

  • BSc degree in Technology, Engineering and / or Physics.
  • Preferred: 3yrs experience in a technical field
  • Preferred: Understanding of the ASML EUV NXE knowledge and 2yrs hands-on experience as an Engineer in the field
