In the position as Procurement - Process Analyst & System Specialist you structurally improve quality and usability of processes and IT tooling in the procurement domain. Resulting in more efficiency, increased performance, better usability and user satisfaction.
In this position as Process Analyst & System Specialist you are supporting the operational procurement department by providing reports, investigating on ad hoc requests and lead or participate in a variety of projects focusing on the continuous improvement of the procurement processes. More in detail the key functions and accountabilities in this position are:
Pro-actively identify, initiate and execute process improvements for the Requisition to Pay process and the roll-out to end-users. Herby you can think of increasing efficiency through automation, improving master data quality and increasing usability of procurement tools.
Be the linking pin between procurement, IT and end-users for solving incidents and implement structural improvements.
Analytical and administrative support to the Global Operational Procurement team in the United States, Asia and the Netherlands for both Non Product-Related (indirect) and Product-Related (direct) processes.
Create monthly performance and compliance reports for the operational procurement process for management team.
Maintain support website andinstructions and train users on processes and IT systems.
Participate in the implementation of global and cross sector improvement initiatives.
Support the Global Operational Procurement team with IT incident investigation and problem solving.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and generate management information.
Minimum Bachelor or master degree in Business Economics or Information Management or similar.
Maximum of 3 years relevant experience with process and system improvements, preferably in a Procure to Pay environment.
Preferably you have experience with SAP ECC, SAP Ariba and affinity with Business Intelligence tools.

Context of the position
The Procurement - Process Analyst & System Specialist is part of the Global Operational Procurement (GOP) team. Within the sector Sourcing & Supply Chain, GOP is responsible for a best in class execution of the requisition to pay process.
The Procurement - Process Analyst & System Specialist reports to the Team lead Process Monitoring & Application Support. He/she interacts with various departments (globally) and layers in- and outside of Global Operational Procurement (a.o. Finance, Logistics, Sourcing). You will be located at the headquarters in Veldhoven.
