Introduction

Are you the person that is motivated by setting the standards in ASML’s quality roadmap? Driving down the material disturbances, identifying opportunities for improvement, implement process changes, and representing EF Manufacturing in a wide variety of discussions.

Job Mission

Be a successful change agent by implementing best known methods in the Quality Engineering team. Develop and apply methods of measuring the performance of material quality. Identify and implement structural solutions to improve our method of tackling disturbances, while being connected to our Quality Engineering team, by understanding (and to a limited degree 30-40% execute) their day-to-day challenges and how to overcome them.

Job Description

You are one of the linking pins in our Supplier Quality Up program – tasked to lower the amount of disturbances on material quality. You can create and implement practical solutions to our ambitious roadmap. As a natural leader, you convince others without any problem, striving for the best solutions needed to make ASML even more successful.

The ability to collaborate in a huge stakeholder map is key. The team consists out of multiple disciplines, ranging from Global Quality, Supply Chain Management, Development, EUV and DUV Manufacturing. As such, you are able to connect and network on different levels, from operator to director level.

You have experience with change management, are passioned by implementing structural improvement projects, and aren’t afraid to get your “hands dirty” in an ongoing escalation. Your track record in Project Management has proven that you will be successful in implementing solutions we as a company need.

Education

At minimal you hold a bachelor’s degree, in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or comparable.

Experience

- 5-7+years of experience in a production environment with high tech productsand complex production processes, preferably in - both assembly and testenvironment
- Experience as a ProjectLeader, and/or Change Specialist are a pre
- Affinity and experiencewith Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO9000 / SPC / 8D / Lean 6 Sigma)are a pre
- Strongtechnical support mindset
- Experience with LeanManufacturing is an advantage
- Experiencein the field of Technical Production Engineering and quality methodologysuch as statistical process control and FMEA is an advantage.

Context of the position

The sector Operations is responsible for the production of wafer scanners. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within Manufacturing. The EUV Factory (EF) produces the newest generation wafer scanners. Within this Factory, Production Engineering (EF PS PE) continuously adapts, optimizes and supports the production processes (including the system installation and qualification process at the customer location).

Other information

The holder of this position reports to the EF PE GL and has primary internal interfaces with Manufacturing Operations, Quality Supply Managers (SCM SNM / D&E) and secondary with Customer Support departments related to manufacturing, and external contact with suppliers worldwide.
