Job Mission

As a Quality Project Lead, you will take a pivotal role as a linking within Design & Engineering (D&E) team and between related sectors (including Customer, Marketing, Customer Service, Factory & Field, and the Supply Chain), with a primary focus on D&E design quality. Using your personal and project management skills, you will work closely together with the design engineers, internal & external stakeholders to secure excellence in design quality, embed continuous improvement structure and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Job Description

Identify and monitor quality risk in Product Generation Process delivery, and drive process improvement in helping D&E deliverables fulfill requirements for internal and external customer;
Facilitates and lead feedback loop process/competence/tooling as well as lessons learned in the various D&E departments/groups, and provide input towards department/function Quality Roadmap;
Analyze and help D&E to setup quality metrics, dashboard, and establish D&E department quality management process and reporting;
Develop and lead continuous improvement, Monitor, review and drive quality performance from incidents to structural improvement
Identify the gaps in current operational processes/tooling and define corrective actions/plan with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the product generation process;
Analysis and drive the quality of input and output from key stakeholder in Engineering Change process.

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or Applied Physics or any other technical oriented study with relevant experience in the field of (technical) Quality Management.

Experience

Minimum 3+ years of work experience in technically-driven international organization(s), preferably within a development environment.
Experience in process of continuous improvement within a complex international high-tech manufacturing and customer care environment.
Experience in one or more of the following fields: industrial engineering, process engineering, supplier quality management, quality management and product development of technically complex product.
Experienced in quality management methods and tools, e.g. value stream analysis, 5 Why’s analysis, Kaizen, brainstorming sessions, problem solving techniques, FMEA, 8D etc.
Knowledge of ASML processes and specifically in change management process is a plus.
Knowledge of ASML quality improvement projects experience is a plus.

Other information
