Job Mission

Take responsibility for ASML’s integral supply chain plan, monthly master plan and supply capability for complex modules and parts. With a horizon of 1-4 years ahead, the supply chain plan dictates the required supply chain outcome to meet ASML’s customer requirements. In this position you will play an important role in the decision support process towards senior management. You will manage a network of interfaces in the organization and be on top of the supply chain performance towards your business lines at all times.

Job Description

Key elements of the job include:
- Align with stakeholders on the best module supply plan possible
- Align with demand owners (internal customers)
- Responsible for material availability of complete modules
- Drive supply chain operation to secure the factory (output) plan feasibility and realization
- Responsible for the monthly MasterPlan and Integral Supply Chain Plan for critical modules
- Drive improvements on the supply chain planning roadmap
Candidate’s profile:
- Proven track record in areas of service and operations management, in a high-tech or otherwise highly complex and cross-sectorial business environment.
- Can manage high dynamics, whilst having the drive to structure.
- Advanced analytical and complex problem solving skills, to identify relevant supply chain drivers, as well as perseverance and project management skills to actually generate impact.

Education

Relevant Master degree (e.g (Technical) Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering)

Experience

- >10 year relevant experience. Preferably in a large international company in the field of Supply Chain Management, Operations or Procurement
- Experience in leading people
- Highly analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload.
- Familiar with ERP; SAP experience is preferred
- Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and relevant markets

The sector Sourcing & Supply Chain (S≻ part of Operations) is an industry-leading organization, responsible for ensuring material availability to ASML's factories and customers in an efficient and cost-effective way. Because 90% of all components in an ASML machine come from externally sourced specialist manufacturers, our supply chain planning activities are even more critical to our operation than you would normally expect. S&SC consists ~900 supply chain professionals worldwide and is the proud winner of the VLM 'Nederlandse Logistiek Prijs 2013'.

The Supply Chain Planning department (part of Sourcing & Supply Chain management) has the mission to satisfy the consolidated Business Line demand by constructing an agreed Integral Supply Plan that optimizes business opportunities, costs and risks and by driving the execution of the plan.
