Job Mission
Together with your team take responsibility for the MPS (Master Production Schedule) for all EUV products in which business opportunities, costs and risks are balanced and agreed with all stakeholders. Drive the execution of the MPS, monitor progress and manage deviations. On top of the planning activity this job has a clear responsibility to contribute to our major planning improvement projects, accelerating our supply planning
Job Description
Key elements of the job include:
- Align with stakeholders on the best supply plan possible
- Drive supply chain operation to secure the factory (output) and field plan feasibility and realization
- Responsible for the monthly MasterPlan and Integral Supply Chain Plan for EUV systems and upgrades
- Facilitate monthly supply review process for EUV
- Steer KPIs to drive the right decision making and execution on the integral plan
- Drive the improvements to realize the Supply Chain planning roadmap
- Improve operational excellence by coaching the team in driving process and procedures improvements
Candidate’s profile:
- Proven track record in areas of service and operations management, in a high-tech or otherwise highly complex and cross-sectorial business environment.
- Can manage high dynamics, whilst having the drive to structure.
- Advanced analytical and complex problem solving skills, to identify relevant supply chain drivers, as well as perseverance and project management skills to actually generate impact.
Education
Relevant Master degree (e.g (Technical) Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering)
Experience
- >10 year relevant experience. Preferably in a large international company in the field of Supply Chain Management, Operations or Procurement
- Experience in leading people
- Highly analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload.
- Familiar with ERP; SAP experience is preferred
- Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and relevant markets

Context of the position
The sector Sourcing & Supply Chain (S≻ part of Operations) is an industry-leading organization, responsible for ensuring material availability to ASML's factories and customers in an efficient and cost-effective way. Because 90% of all components in an ASML machine come from externally sourced specialist manufacturers, our supply chain planning activities are even more critical to our operation than you would normally expect. S&SC consists ~900 supply chain professionals worldwide and is the proud winner of the VLM 'Nederlandse Logistiek Prijs 2013'.
The Supply Chain Planning department (part of Sourcing & Supply Chain management) has the mission to satisfy the consolidated Business Line demand by constructing an agreed Integral Supply Plan that optimizes business opportunities, costs and risks and by driving the execution of the plan.
