This internship is within the Supporting Functions area and specifically in the HR finance team of ASML. You will work together with the HR team on several projects and will be able to experience the HR profession in one of the most leading tech company you’ve ever heard of.

Job Description

During this internship, you will join the HR Finance team with the following tasks:

  • Supporting the team with day to day HR activities(e.g. yearly HR cycle processes, individual employee changes,organizational changes etc).
  • Supporting the team members in several projects(e.g. an onboarding program for the Finance sector,implementation of a new HR System).
  • We will ask you to participate with your ‘freshmind and insights’ in the start up of new initiatives.

Education

You are a Bachelor or Master student in the field of HR or an affiliated area. You have a proactive/hands-on attitude, enjoy creative thinking and you are perseverant. Furthermore, you have strong English communications skills, both verbal and written.

This internship is suitable for apprentice interns. You are available for at least 4 days a week with a minimum duration of 6 months. The start date is as soon as possible. We offer you the possibility to get experience to work in the field of Human Resources in an international company and work your personal development within the scope of this internship.


Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
