Job Description

Supporting Local Change & Communications activities and Process owner with their communication work and
providing administrative support.

• Scheduling and organizing meeting & training session (virtual, f2f meeting)
• Supporting localization of employee communication / training contents and material
• Updating and maintaining the SharePoint (local communication tool)
• Working with agency to translate the global materials and organize local event.
• Support Service Center go-live activities
• FAQ handling during the transaction period (bridge between employee and process owner)
• Other administrative support including report generation

L&D Admin
• Administration of expense and financial forms such as PO requisitions, liaising with suppliers regularly
• Organizing training logistics of virtual, f2f session

Education

Bachelor degree in Business administration or relevant majors

Experience

More than 1 year of experience in HR or other business administrative work

Personal skills

- Office programing skill such as word, excel, outlook etc.
- Interpersonal with good communicative skills
- Good written communication skills in both Korean and English
- Able to work under flexible working environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Good understanding of administrative work

Preferred
- Experience as a HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant
- Understanding various HR software systems, like HRMS
