Introduction

To hire a Business Development Manager for EUV business for tsmc account for the required bandwidth due to increasing EUV business

Job Mission

To do the business development job of EUV business line including:
1. Business development for new products
2. Project management for evaluation program, and secure value proposition
3. Ensure product strategy is formulated and aligned execution plan to support maximizing business objectives.

Job Description

1. To identify where the market are.
2. To define what are the suitable product.
3. To define product strategy for each customer/fab and defend product value.
4. To align with account strategy for each customer with Business line and Account team.
5. To execute the penetration/business plan in customer site with support by CS team and Business line
6. To execute the evaluation/ or NTP project per customer with support by CS team and Business line

Education

Master degree of Engineering or Science

Experience

1. 8~10 years of engineering experience in semi-conductor industry, with customer fab/RnD process experience is preferred.
2. At least 3 years in business

Personal skills

1. Good Inter-person skills & stakeholders management skills
2. Good capability of managing business dynamic and complexity by define right actions to drive business results
3. Good command of English
4. Good presentation skills
5. Good team work spirts

Context of the position

1. This BD Manager will report to Global Technology Manager or a Senior BD Manager
2. We expect the BDM on-board no later than April, 2021
