Job Mission
As a part of the Software Metrology team, you will develop and implement effective and efficient software test methods and techniques that contribute to the quality and high precision of our products.
Job Description
As a Software Test Architect Metrology you will steer the test roadmap, drive its execution and build up the test competence in accordance with our standards. You will work closely with the Software Developers and Test Architects on the definition and execution of the test strategy of TwinScan software.If you can envision, guide and develop new ideas and desire a team environment of other passionate professionals you may be a perfect fit.
In your responsibility as a test architect you will effectively propose balanced and realistic solutions to improve software product verifiability.
Among your tasks are:
·Identifying and prioritizing gaps in test coverage (risk based testing)
·Chasing solutions for missing or failing test cases
·Deploying customer use cases
·Reporting on test status
·Creating, maintaining and driving a test roadmap
·Have a hands-on role in the implementation of test improvements
·Build and spread test competence and methodologies
Education
MSc, PDEng or PhD in computer science or comparable
Experience
- You have a broad knowledge of test methodologies and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing and implementing test approaches for complex in-product software systems (e.g. TMap/ISTQB, Test Process Improvement, and Test Maturity Model).
- You have industry experience with C and/or C++, Solaris, Linux, software testing and test automation. Affinity with Python is an advantage.
- ASML Experience is a big bonus.
