HMI Regional Product Management(RPM) Manager

Job Mission

Work as reginal product management manager and collaborate with account sales manager locally to setup and execute new product penetration strategy, lead the new product technical engagement project for inspection and metrology new tool adoption at customer R&D and HVM. Take the end to end full responsibility for the success of technical engagement

Job Description

• Manage product engagement with customer meetings and bringing customer technical requirements to product marketing and Account Team.
• Develop strong marketing strategy to meet customer technical requirement.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and passion for customer engagement with company product offer

1. Business development
   Collaborate with local account sales manager force to set up new product penetration strategy. Drive new product promotion and customer engagements at customer site
2. Project ownership
   Responsible for leading the engagement project and narrow down the technical gap from current product offer to customer requirement.Drive SOW execution and collaborate with multiple project teams including field application team, central project lead and product marketing to make sure engagement project success.
3. Marketing role
   Understanding customer technology roadmap and technical requirement on e-Beam
   Defect Inspection & Metrology and report to marketing team
   Competition intelligence collection and assessment

Education

• Above BS degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, ChemicalEngineering, Materials Science, Mathematics etc.

Experience

• More than 10 years working experiences in semiconductor industry related field,
• Engineering experience on defect inspection and metrology is preferred
• Business promotion relate experience is a big plus
• Experience of project management and marketing strategy setup and execution

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability for customer interface and different cultures collaboration internally
• Fluent English and Korean speaking & writing skills

Other information

• Work as regional product management for major account in Korea and report to HMI Global RPM(Regional Product Management) Director
• Travel requirement : 15% for overseas training, meeting and conference
• Working Location : Icheon office
