Job Mission

1. Delivertechnical support for the production and installation process and preventtechnical disturbance from repeating.
2. Shortendisturbance time and create troubleshooting guild book.

Job Description

1. Isable to work according standard work procedure and standard work package.
2. Isable to solve technical issues according to specifications and qualitystandards to secure no delivery delay (output vs. plan) within competence.
3. Is responsible forquickly resolution of technical disturbance in the factory or escalate toProduction Engineers.
4. Is responsible forcontributing in optimizing processes within own competence.
5. Is able to adviseacross departments on potential direction of solution/ improvement withincompetence.
6. Is able to use owndeveloped skills (experience on the job) to find optimal solution forspecific problems and resolve them.
7. Has in depthtechnical knowledge of competence, in other words: knows the effects ofdeviations within sub system/module on performance of that sub system/ module.
8. Isable to solve installation technical issues .

Education

Physical,Mechanical, electrical (Master/Bachelor).

Experience

3 - 5years

Personal skills

• Isable to train and coach competence colleagues in their expertise.
• Isable to update key interfaces on regular basis concerning status,, progressand impact.
• Is able to explain and present technicalmatters within competence group and toward the key interface.

Context of the position

Trouble shooting team is dedicated on providingcontainment and level 1 root cause of disturbance, we not only supportfactory also installation activity, main challenge is to find root cause andprovide containment as soon as possible ,we escalate structure issue toP.I.(performance improvement team.
