The Twinscan Factory is more than 1,800 people strong and is responsible for the production and installation of Twinscan systems.
Being part of the HR Twinscan Factory team, means you will join an engaged and highly motived team of 6 HR professionals supporting our business in helping to achieve its business goals.
You will be involved in the execution of our HR people plan by delivering support & coordination in HR core processes: i.e., Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Recruitment. We are also curious to hear your thoughts and ideas on how we can do things in a different way and therefore value your input. This is a practical assignment, which mainly focusses on gaining experience in the work field.
Another key priority on our people agenda is “Sustainable Employability”; which is about the employability, vitality and ability of our employees across all age groups and phases in life. During an internship that was performed in 2020-2021, we gained interesting insights into these topics. We would like you to get involved in translating these insights in concrete actions that will be implemented.
• You are a Bachelor or Master student with a background in Human Resources
• You are looking for an apprentice internship (non-thesis)
• You have strong communication skills
• Are curious
• Have good analytical skills (i.e. Excel)
• Are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are enrolled as a student during the entire duration of the internship
This is an apprentice internship for a minimum 4 months with a start date in August/September 2021.
