Would you like to be part of the latest and most advanced e-beam inspection and metrology equipment development for semiconductor applications?We are looking for an experienced, accountable Sr. project leader to be responsible for engineering and technical disciplines for specific functions of the tool development. You will be responsible for several key deliverables of hardware and software to the e-Beam products.As a member of the design and engineering (D&E) community, you will help lead a team of highly skilled project leaders (PLs) tasked to schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects related to e-beam SEM development
Coach project managers (project leads) responsible for similar projects the ASML way of working (WoW) and processes.
Represent multiple D&E projects towards program management in product team meetings
Align with cross-projects and cross-sectors on regular basis to ensure on time deliverables and adherence to ASML means and methods
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
Able to establish a solid baseline plan on D&E deliverables and adapt to changes either to scope, timing and resources and feedback the impact to upper management
Cooperate and communicate effectively with program management and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Respond to requests for changes with impact assessment and secure program agreements before accepting changes
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Manage risks and (internal) customer requirements
Define deliverables for engineers
Communicate upward and downward on regular basis
Hold regular meetings to provide information, identify interdependencies, secure cross-sector alignment and agreements
Manage project structure
Set up a team structure that reflects the work content
Work with architects to define the project scope, assess and address technical risk, and required budget
Understand proper escalation paths and act accordingly
Delegate tasks and follow up
Keep daily control
Understand how own module links to the total machine
Is able to assess and address technical risk based on team input from architects and design engineers
Master’s degree or above in engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant, project management work experience
Demonstrated experience with new product introduction
Experienced in leading complex hardware development projects
Experienced in managing suppliers preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required
Excellent presentation skills
Experience with industrial equipment is preferred
