Job Mission

ASML/HMI brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography & metrology machines, as well as computational lithography & control software. ASML-HMI P&I department owns the overall system integration and system performance of the Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM) machines. On this role, he/she will lead a team and together with D&E partners Metrology, Inspection, App. Product Engineering, and related groups to build accurate virtual system control, verify and optimize the machine performance for all E-beam machines. The goal is to keep the technical skills from the users up-to-date to be able to deliver state-of-the-art functions and performance, using a standardized system performance way-of-working.

Job Description

Lead a system control team in Performance & Integration department for machine performance function and related competence development interfacing with other hardware team.
For semiconductor equipment, system level modeling of accurate machine dynamics with comprehensive vibration analysis and trouble-shooting, to verify and optimize the ultra-precision machine performance requirements for metrology and inspection.
Virtual system development with accurate modeling and massive data analysis, for monitoring, evaluation, diagnosis and optimization using intelligent learning methodologies and technologies
Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.


Master and above in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering


More than 10 years experience in related fields is a plus for candidates, including IC manufacturing, semiconductor process technology, metrology or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience on SEM metrology or semi-conductor process with strong background on dynamics, controls and vibration analysis for mechanical equipment or precision systems
Solid skills of using MATLAB Python /C++., Solidworks/NX; FEA skill using ANSYS/COMSO is a good plus
