Job Mission

The sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations and supporting the customers in the use of these systems in their production process. CS Central enables effective support of the customer by providing technical knowledge and process support to the field offices.

Job Description

CS Central manages Known Issues and actively delivers solutions to the CS Field organization via multiple SharePoints and with a high-level of administration.

You will analyze the current process, create improvement proposals and formulate tooling design requirements by:
• Identify customer needs and usage, within CS Central and CS Field;
• Benchmark between different processes and departments within ASML;
• Create value stream map and gap analysis;
• Identify process and tooling requirements;
• Investigate solutions with current ASML IT portfolio;
• Deliver process and tooling design with clear requirements ;
• Form improvements and advise management on solution directions.


• You are a Master or Bachelor graduation student in Industrial Engineering and management, Information Management or something related.
• Knowledge of Project Management, the lean six sigma approach and IT applications (e.g. SharePoint, Mendix) are preferred.
• You are communicative, structured, result orientated and independent.
• The English language is required.

This is a Bachelor or Master Graduation internship for 4-5 days a week with a duration of a minimum 3-6 months. The start date is as soon as possible.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
