Job Mission

The Global Support Center provides 24/7 remote technical support to our customers all over the world, addressing only the top 5% of complex issues. We are located in Taiwan, the Netherlands and the USA and have a wide range of nationalities represented on each continent all working closely together.

Job Description

Our SharePoint page is the go-to portal for our own engineers and a business card for our colleagues in the field. It contains technical information, process descriptions and links to partner sites or knowledge libraries. With our organizations’ growth and development it needs to be redesigned to better represent our departments’ purpose and position within the Customer Support organization.
Additionally, a strategy is needed for Global Support Center internal way of working on how to handle, share and store data by using Microsoft collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc.).
Within this internship, you will have to deliver a reflection of our departments mission and vision with a modernized, easy-to-access interface to our products, services and supporting processes.


  • You have a background in Engineering, Computer Science or IT.
  • You have experience with SharePoint site design and Microsoft applications.
  • You have excellent communication skills. The assignment will involve cooperating with stakeholders located at all three of our locations, requiring to deal with cultural differences and aligning needs of people you are not able to all meet together.

This is an bachelor or master apprentice internship for 3-4 days a week with a duration of a minimum 6 months.
