Job Description

- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Responsible for responding to Japanese employees’questions about HR policies, processes and system
- Maintain HR systems, prepare appropriatedocumentations, and process necessary paperwork
- Manages open cases to ensure problem resolution inthe shortest amount of time, while keeping requester informed of status andanticipated resolution date
- Responsible for taking initiative and actiontowards professional development, including staying informed of statutory andregulatory payroll and compliance practices
- Responsible for consistently meeting keyperformance indicator metrics and being accountable to customer satisfactiongoals
- Provides accurate information in a friendly,professional, and empathetic manner translating to a positive employee experience

Education

Bachelor,Master

Experience

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR
- Working experience in Japanese company as HR andhaving knowledge on Japan labor law is preferred
- Experience with a case management system is a plus

Personal skills

- Good interpersonal skill to answer employeequestions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented, good attitude inanswering question and resolve problems
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsrequired to work with different levels of business leadership, business usersand functional teams
- Capability in Korean is a plus
