Job Mission
You will be co-responsible for the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of ASML C&B programs and processes in China and Hong Kong. Our programs are aimed to be legally compliant, market competitive and internally aligned with business goals. This will involve close cooperation with business and several disciplines, such as legal, tax, finance, payroll and HR team.

Job Description
You will work closely with HR colleagues and external vendors to take charge of the followings:
- lead ASML remuneration benchmark activities, providing quality analysis and proposals;
- execute annual C&B programs (salary increases, salary structure and matrix designs);
- contribute to Asia & global C&B projects and programs;
- review and work with country HRs to develop and improve C&B policies/guidelines, programs and procedures for country specific C&B items;
- give day to day support to HR colleagues on C&B related issues and address business needs;
- advise Line management on C&B topics with solid analysis and facts prepared;
- communicate, explain the new policies, process to ensure a successful implementation;
- advise HR team on job evaluation and the ASML core jobs framework;
- lead and/or participate in C&B or related projects;
- participate in external C&B networks and manage external relations, such as consulting firms, insurance brokers.

Education
You have a bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business and 8 – 10 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefits.

Experience
- The ideal candidate is a broad C&B professional with operational skills and strategic mindset.
- You have the state-of-the-art and in-depth knowledge in C&B.
- Experience in survey benchmarking.

Personal Skills
- The ideal candidate has excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Eye for detail must be combined with conceptual skills and overview.
- You should be professionally self-confident and convincing at Management level, and at the same time flexible and sensitive towards local business needs.
- Presentation skills and fluent English language skills are essential in our Global organization.
- Good project management skills.

Context of the position
The sector Human Resource & Organization (HR&O) is responsible for the development and implementation of all activities concerning HR&O: Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Development & Learning and Information and Process Control. The sector employs over 300 employees, with a team in Europe, the US and Asia. The operational HR activities are organized both by region and by business area.

This positionreports to the Senior Manager, C&B Asia and is part of the global C&B team.
