Job Mission

Customer Support (CS) EUV operational management is required to shift from re-active to pro-active and secure the cost effective execution of the 2018 and beyond NXE service business execution.

How do we get there? What are the most important improvements which Customer Support must organize for and manage, to achieve effective and efficient (high volume) NXE maintenance operation? How can we, most effectively, execute the improvement projects that make up our roadmap to operational excellence across multiple sites worldwide (line) and several functional clusters (project)?

Job Description

You will support the CS Operational Excellence OPS projects team in various project work activities and contribute to the operational maturity, system availability improvement and cost savings.
Overview of major tasks:
- Support the team in project management tasks (project planning, risk assessment, knowledge management, communication, etc.).
- Perform a data analysis for project workstreams.
- Organize alignment meetings with central and local stakeholders in the US, Asia and Europe.
- Support the team in periodic project updates preparation.


- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or Technical area (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Business Administration)
- MS-Office skilled, specifically MS Excel.

This is a Bachelor or Master apprentice internship for 4 days a week with a duration of a minimum 3-4 months [negotiable]. The start date is as soon as possible.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
