Job Mission

Cymer maintains state of the art data management environments and contracts to support customer sales and service business and drive business value. As a Business Analyst (Data Management) you are managing key data management programs and contract administration activities across Cymer Light Source global business sites.

Job Description

  • As Business Analyst you support the global sales and service business with business critical data management and contract administration initiatives. Key activities are:
  • Support and guide the Cymer Light Source organization on customer data management and contract administration programs.
  • Manage compliance between Oracle Contracts module and all sales and service contracts with customers.Define price lists, billing schedules, service coverage details, revenue start dates, etc. within Oracle module for products and services in signed contracts.
  • Act as subject matter resource for troubleshooting, technical assistance, and corrective actions in support of finance, sales and service organizations.
  • Manage updates to laser population data within Oracle in a timely way so as to support regional invoicing needs
  • Provide technical guidance, improvements and assistance as required to support sales and service business contracts.
  • Provides technical analysis on system data and executes to corporate operational plan.
  • Provide contract administration support to assist with the administration of standard sale and service contracts.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to monitor and drive contract compliance through use of a custom built ServiceNow application.
  • Define and implement best practice data management principles in support of corporate goals and compliance requirements.
  • Own the customer master data for the entire organization managing dependencies between this data set and Oracle, ServiceNow and other databases.
  • Support the business in clarification of clear and transparent customer business requirements and translate these into data management improvements and solutions. You drive or support the timely and efficient implementation of these improvements and solutions.

Education

Bachelor degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or computer science.

Experience

  • Must have 2-5 years’ work experience in a data analyst or contract administration related role, preferably in a product and service sales environment.
  • Prefer candidates with adequate knowledge of material data input in Oracle, SAP or other data management systems or contract administration knowledge.
  • Some limited travel may be needed
