Then we may have the ideal challenge for you in ASML’s Business Line Mature Products and Services (BL MPS).

BL MPS is responsible for the entire installed base of PAS5500 steppers and scanners. BL MPS actively scouts the market to acquire PAS and Twinscan systems, which will be refurbished and remarketed.
Within BL MPS, Delivery Operations has responsibility to drive cost and quality roadmaps, as well as driving refurbishment of PAS and XT systems, done in Eindhoven (ASML Building 21), San Jose, Linkou and Veldhoven (Twinscan Factory).

Job Mission

• Own implementation of new initiatives and improvements within MPS delivery operations;
• Take responsibility, in the first year, to ensure on-going and successful implementation of the ASML spare parts portal (already live in the US and Europe) to customers in Asia, and subsequent integration with SAP (ONE 3PLUS);
• Drive supply-chain-related operational activities in cooperation with other sectors such as Supply Chain Management, Procurement, IT, Global Quality, Factories, to achieve required level of focus to meet agreed targets;
• Manage end-to-end supply chain requirements and deliverables.

Job Description

• Manage Customer Portal Project – including requirements validation, solution development, implementation and related operational support infrastructure;
• Define and manage portfolio of operational programs and innovations for the BL;
• Own the set-up of future state global order management capability, leveraging the Global Support Center (GOC) where needed;
• Use operations metrics, stakeholder input and customer feedback to implement improvements in the supply chain;
• Actively manage MPS requirements with stakeholders including IT, Sourcing and Supply Chain, Factory organizations in relation to parts, tools and related processes;
• Manage assigned team members, directly or as may be required per project;
• Provide operational escalation support for topics in the supply chain;
• Owns validating, updating and documenting of supply chain related processes and compliance management of stakeholders to agreed processes;
• Act as an innovation champion for the organization.

Education

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain Management field, Business Operation or IT.

Experience

• 5-10 years’ experience in project management in a complex high-tech logistics environment;
• Experience in a fast-paced digital environment and hands-on experience with leading IT platforms or digital commerce;
• Demonstrated successful global project / program delivery;
• Leadership experience in leading Agile teams. Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner is considered a plus;
• Proven (senior) stakeholder communication skills;
• Supply Chain Management/Logistics experience (operational and consultancy);
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• People management.
