Asa HR Representative you are responsible for interacting withgeneral management, HR managers and employees by providing insights andsolutions to diverse scenarios by phone or via our HR systems. Job Description

- Fluent in English
- Updating / processing HR systems, such as Workdayand ServiceNow to support administrative processes
- Manages open cases to ensure problem resolution inthe shortest amount of time, while keeping requester informed of status andanticipated resolution date
- Responsible for taking initiative and actiontowards professional development, including staying informed of statutory andregulatory payroll and compliance practices
- Responsible for consistently meeting keyperformance indicator metrics and being accountable to customer satisfactiongoals
- Provides accurate information in a friendly,professional, and empathetic manner translating to a positive employee experience




- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR
- Experience in China HR or China labor law is a plus
- Experience in Workday or ServiceNow is preferred

- Good interpersonal skill to answer employeequestions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented, good attitude inanswering question and resolve problems
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsrequired to work with different levels of business leadership, business usersand functional teams
- Capability in Korean or Japanese is a plus
