Job Description

As a member of the U.S. Labor Market Communications team, you will help develop and execute a strategic recruitment marketing program designed to attract and retain critical talent for ASML. You will be responsible for planning and delivering effective recruitment marketing campaigns, developing content, tracking and reporting campaign results and making career site enhancements. You possess the skills to be mostly self-sufficient in developing and delivering the program, while being able to draw on the knowledge and experience of the U.S. and global Communications teams.

You will be part of ASML’s U.S. Communications team, which is responsible for internal communications, PR/media relations, employer branding and recruitment marketing for ASML in the U.S., and you will report to the Head of U.S. Communications.

Main responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the U.S. Labor Market Communications manager and U.S. recruitment team, develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns (both branding and job-specific) across a variety of platforms to attract high-quality applicants to ASML
  • Contribute to employer brand strategy and campaigns designed to build awareness and position ASML as an employer of choice
  • Track, measure and report on campaign results and key recruitment marketing metrics
  • Contribute to content strategy for owned channels; build content on campaign landing pages; oversee careers content on website and suggest enhancements
  • Work with digital/creative agencies to design and track recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Communicate regularly with recruitment team to understand company’s hiring needs and goals
  • Collaborate with Recruitment and Labor Market Communications teams to develop creative ways to address recruitment challenges
  • Create recruitment marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines and demonstrate our employee value proposition (EVP)
  • Support career-focused events to attract top candidates
  • Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
  • Implement strategies to improve experience and engagement throughout candidate journey
  • Occasionally be required to travel to other ASML locations, including the headquarters in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree Communications, Marketing, or relevant field of study, or equivalent combined education and experience
  • Master’s degree a plus
  • Science/technology background a plus

Experience

  • 5-7 years of relevant, work related experience in recruitment marketing
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills; clear, concise and professional
  • Knowledge of digital marketing solutions and tactics
  • Knowledge of digital ad solutions and platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook and LinkedIn, etc.
  • Familiarity with job boards/platforms such as Glassdoor and Indeed
  • Project management: ability to create recruitment marketing plans that can adapt to changes in business priorities, timelines, scope or resources; build measurement into plans; monitor, track, and report progress
  • Relationship builder, collaborative team player
  • Ability to perform under time pressure and stress
  • Experience working in integrated communications teams would be a plus
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs
