ASML is the market leader in developing photolithography systems for the semiconductor industry. A sub-function inside this sophisticated are the airmounts, which are used to reduce vibrations in the system.
The current airmount motion simulator for mass movement can only be tested on real hardware, which is time consuming and expensive. There exists a virtual testing platform (called Devbench). We would like to also enable Simulink simulations on Devbench to test software drivers
Type of internship: bachelor graduation or master apprentice
In this internship you will:
- Get familiar with the ASML software and test environments
- Create Simulink model for airmount motion
- Enable communication in between Simulink model and real driver
- You are a bachelor or master student in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Software or comparable;
- You will be enrolled at a school during the entire duration of the internship;
- You have first experiences in Simulink and C++.
- You can work independently and have good communication skills;
- You have an open mind and willing to learn from your colleagues.
- You will be available for minimum 6 months, 5 days a week.
Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
