Themissions of the role are to enhance the people capabilities of SupportFunctions in Taiwan with focuses on People Development, Leadership Maturity,Change Management, facilitating Annual People Cycle Plan and to lead/facilitateASML Culture and Value deployment in Support Functions in Taiwan. Meanwhile,serves as true HR business partner with BL for long-term/short-term organization& people planning, succession planning, as a coach for people managersand senior leaders, as a career consultant for employees, also serving as asounding board of potential people risks.
*Org delivery model transformation: Change Management/ Restructuring
*Leadership maturity & Coaching: regular 1:1 with senior leaders inassigned sectors.
* People development: Roll out new PD initiatives in various sectors, and anyrelated support/consultation
* Employee engagement: [email protected] action planning
* Recruitment: interview, offer proposal review
* HR cycle plan: PPM, Salary planning, PI&SP,
* Administrative: OM, offboarding, etc.
* Bachelor in Business Administration orPsychology or HR related
*Master degree is a plus
*10-15 years of experience as HRBP in multinational company/companies
*5-10 years ofexperience in HR expertise/HR service center role
* Be able to get hands dirty on operations whilealso be able to demonstrate strategic views on HRBP operations
*Good command of English
* Able to influence without power.
*Open minded and willing to listen
*Optimistic & Teamwork oriented
*Comfortable with confrontation – To challenge andbe challenged
*Familiar MS windows applications

Theposition reports into Taiwan Country HR Head, while frequent liaisons with globalsector HRBP at Veldhoven.
