Introduction

With a dedicated account manager, he/she drives both technical and commercial alignment through different phases of the customer R&D & manufacturing cycle that results in an agreed configuration (including software solutions) for a given node to secure business goals. Also takes a leadership role in ensuring total customer satisfactions.

Job Mission

He or she will take an accountability for SKhynix HMI business with account managerbased on full alignment with HMI HQ and ASML account team. Manage/develop new business markets with RPM & Apps manager and support all kinds of commercial stuffs (systems/options and service) including maintaining excellent customer relationship to ensure HMI’s position as the continued vendor of choice

Job Description

  • Maximize business engagement in R&D and revenue from HVM through full alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Support Korea (Icheon & CheongJu) with Wuxi in China
  • Collaborate with ASML BDM, RPM, Field Apps/Service team to provide value to customer
  • Lead/Support System/option/service business with account manager
  • Lead/Support customer communications and conference from WL(working level) to HL(high level) actively
  • Collect competitor activities including application market share and utilization.
  • Travel and stay abroad to support China or US on the job when necessary.
  • Manage SFDC system for business forecast including Workflow for configuration

Education

  • Bachelor Above in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics.

Experience

  • More than 12 years experienced MI fields.
  • Inspection or Metrology experience including Litho are preferred.

  • eBeam inspection or Semiconductor process knowledge.
