Application Engineer:
Define problem for customer. Generate action planand solution recommendation for customers.
Provide support to customers in resolvingissues/problems to help them maximize the performance and use of ASMLproducts. Document procedures and processes to aid customers in the use ofASML products.
Guide customers in tests to ensure that they areperformed in an efficient manner. Conduct data analysis to ensure that thecorrect conclusions are drawn from test data and results reported to thecustomers and ASML.
Organize short and long term tests to obtain newinformation on new, advanced techniques/technology of interest to ASML andthe customers.
Meet with customers and internal organization tomaintain effective communication with commitment to keep all involved andaffected parties informed of progress.
Prepare presentations to provide new customersupport and assist sales in technical presentations.
Write reports, technical briefs or memos documentingactivity to enhance the service capability, efficiency, and servicedevelopment.
Be able to on-call / shift work in customerenvironment.
Competency Engineer:
Strong Litho / ASML knowledge on one or multiplecompetence (IM/OV/FO/LH/WFA/YS/Prod …)
Strong knowledge at holistic Litho solution andapproach
Support Per-SL for site-base fast skill up and KM
Handle Critical issue escalate.
Take leading for NPI/BKM technology preparation androll out in per-site
From end of 2018 to 2020, combine EE to setup NPIprepare team to focus on NPI rollout to fit NPI business curve
Job Requirements
Minimum a BS University degree in electronics,engineering, physics, optics, or any related fields.
Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductorfab or 5 years related working experience for semiconductor equipment vendor;minimum 2 years working experience in lithographic process.
Software background is a plus .
Able to communicate with customer and able to read,write, fluently communicate in English
Can work under pressure ( for instance, Averagely,10% overtime work)
Good team worker
