Job Mission

The Wilton Business Process Change Manager (BCM) is responsible for coordinating and driving all change interventions in Wilton Factory related to non-PGP improvements. The BCM ensures the change interventions (including those proposed by the ONE Change approach) are tailored to the specific needs of the Wilton organization. The BCM develops and drives the change plan and engages Wilton resources and stakeholders to ensure all change impacts are mitigated and people readiness criteria are met before go-live and sustained after go-live.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Job Description

  • In accordance with the change template as set out by the Solution Change Manager, the Local BCM Manager is, within the Wilton organization, responsible for:
  • Defining and executing the local change plan.
  • Conducting stakeholder assessments, and defining and executing stakeholder engagement plans; this may include challenging senior management to ensure they understand and play their role effectively.
  • Assessing change impacts and defining appropriate change actions and ensuring follow-up.
  • Executing change readiness assessments and ensuring follow-up.
  • Executing role mapping processes and ensuring follow-up.
  • Implementation of organization transition approach(es).
  • Managing the Change Enablement Network and super user program within Wilton and align with Project Change Team for the overall Change Agent touchpoints.
  • Facilitating the capability transfer program.
  • Managing people risks and issues that may impact deployment for Wilton, escalating and working with the appropriate people to resolve.
  • Regular and timely reporting of change status to local leadership team and the global Business Change Office (via
  • Deployment Change Lead).
  • Measuring success and adoption of deployment.


Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.


  • Experienced Change Manager (at least 5 years of experience).

Role within Office


  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • May require travel dependent on business needs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Role within the Factory


  • Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Can work under deadlines.
  • The environment generally is moderate in temperature with moderate to high noise level.
  • Must be willing to work a compressed work week schedule – twelve-hour long shift and rotating from three to four days a week.
  • This must include references to day and night shifts for accommodation purposes.
