Electrical Engineering Internship (non-thesis): the Design of Connectivity Tools

Start date: September 2021
Within the electronic development department in ASML, connectivity tools will be used during the qualification of new electronic modules for the prototypes of our machines. These tools need to be designed. As designer of these tools you will be working within a multi electrical design competence team (E-layouter, Board designer, Architect, etc.).
Your assignment will be to:
• Study all relevant designs and documents for which these connectivity tools will be used;
• Design schematics, PCB and electro mechanics for these tools;
• Programming Keysight equipment
• Assemble the tool;
• Test and qualify the tool;
• Develop technical documentation.
• You are a Bachelor student in Electrical Engineering.
• You have project experience in Analog and Digital design.
• You have a pro-active personality with excellent communication skills in English.
• It is preferred that electrical engineering is also your hobby and that you have worked on your own projects in the past.
This is a Bachelor apprentice internship for 3-5 days a week with duration of a minimum 3 months. The start date is in September 2021.
Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
