We are looking for a software DevOps Engineer that support a team of approximately 30 developers on automation and monitoring all facets needed in building software solutions from integration, testing, releasing till deployment and infrastructure management. Do you have what it takes to configure, maintain and improve these DevOps processes in a diverse and dynamic environment ? Then we could be could be a perfect fit for one another.

Job Mission

You are challenged by realizing the right DevOps solutions for a growing team with a wide and varying customer base. You have a strong background in DevOps tools, serving a broad scope of software projects deployments. You like working in an agile development context.

The Tooling SW team is an agile team that serves many tooling project across ASML. Primary stakeholders are the project leaders, group leader, tooling architects and product integrators. You maintain and improve the DevOps infrastructure environment for the team, interfacing with ASML, IT Services and supplier stakeholders as needed. You will work hand-in-hand with the tooling team members and architects, reporting to the tooling software teamlead.

This means we’re looking for somebody who will:
- Be the DevOps Engineer for ~30FTE developers in both ASML and suppliers.
- Help your colleagues find the best solutions to stay in control of software release and deployment scope, content and quality
- Be the 1st point of contact for all things related to the DevOps processes
- Strive for continuous improvements, makes suggestions and encourage team members

Education

BSc or MSc in computer science, mathematics, physics, mechanics, electronics or other relevant technical discipline. Background in software Engineering.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience as DevOps Engineer, preferably in the high-tech sector.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools as GIT, Jira, Jenkins, Installers, JFrog
- Familiar with a broad set of software solutions, preferable including LabVIEW, Python, C# & Matlab.
- Several years of experience in software/hardware system development (e.g. in a test and measurement or qualification / production tooling environment).
- Experienced with working in an Agile software development environment
- Experienced with outsourcing development activities and working with suppliers / co-development parties.
