Within ASML, the Supply Chain Planning department (part of S&SC) reports and analyses all inventory within the company via the sub department ‘Inventory and Capex management’. Next to the reporting and analysis part, the department also drives for inventory optimization in order to improve the working capital and cash position of ASML.
We are looking for a strong specialist with feeling for operational processes who is able to analyze and address inventory leading to provision (Eexcess & Obolete). Strong link with finance (processes).

Job Mission

In this role, you will contribute to a healthy inventory management structure within the company. You analyze and address inventories that lead to inefficiency and/or financial provision and find solutions with the process owners. You drive for operational excellence andadvise on inventory management in general.

Job Description

In this job you will:
- Understand the complex supply chain and its characteristics within ASML. This enables you to;
- Analyze the inventory position of the company and of the different sectors / inventory domains
- Address inventory positions linked to excess and obsolete and drive (together with inventory owner) for solutions
- Come up with improvement proposals yourself and align with stakeholders how to best implement these improvements
- Align with the financial department on rules and regulations regarding E&O provision


Academic level in econometrics, operations research, industrial engineering or similar.


5-10 years relevant work experience as project lead within a business environment preferably in a high-tech NPI environment. Affinity with inventory and operations is a pre.
