Job Mission

Our metrology software needs to support increasingly complex solutions.As Project Lead Data Policy you are responsible to initiate and lead data policy projects and initiatives. You will not only lead, but also be actively involved in the content itself. You will play an important role to bring people with the right expertise together, communicate and promote the importance of Data Policy for ASML, engage and motivate people to do the required change management and successfully bring the data quality improvement initiatives to completion. You will be responsible for project definition, project governance, project quality and execution and effective stakeholder management. You will have to lead and actively be part of the respective project team while managing your triple constraint; Time, Budget and Scope. Depending on the type of project you will work closely with Agile release trains, that are responsible for partial delivery of the overall project or program deliverables.

Job Description

You will be a Project Lead in a scaled agile context for the activities of our TwinScan software within the Metrology and Machine control department. In this role you will be:
- Responsible for managing the priority setting for program deliverables and supporting the execution within the Agile Release Train(s) (ART).
- Analyzing the incoming issues and requests within your scope and bring them to the Agile Release Train (ART) so that they can be planned and handled/executed.
- Manage priorities of multiple stakeholders and have a high drive to get results for our customers.
- Managing budget and resource (capacity) needs
- Reports to Metrology Infrastructure Group Leader


- BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related technical fields
- Demonstrable Project management knowledge such as PMBOK, PRINCE II.
- Demonstrable Project Management skills in SAFe environment.


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, in a complex high tech business environment. Project management of multi-year project(s), with deliveries to multiple BL’s and funding.
- Experience in data related projects (data analytics, data quality, data governance or comparable) is a must.
- Experience in a software development environment.
- Experience in SAFe / Agile way of working.

About ASML Metrology & Machine Control
This position is within the Metrology Measure department, which is part of the Metrology & Machine Control cluster. The department Metrology Measure is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the data access software of the complex lithographic machines. Ensuring that the existing behavior of the system remains as is, while introducing new functionality is a key competence in this position.

This position requires access to U.S. controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such U.S. controlled technology prior to beginning work.
