Introduction

Background Information

The Software Infrastructure and Computer System Department (SICS) within in ASML provides high quality software solutions that enable other ASML software departments to create products in an effective and efficient way. SICS works according to the SAFe framework with Jira. This assignment focusses on planning reporting.

Your Assignment

Your assignment is to:
• Understand how our SAFe process is setup;
• Understand our need for simple reporting needed throughout our Program Increment Planning Events (PIPE's);
• Propose a design for the proper way of reporting with different views;
• Implement the reporting for our PIPE’s and other planning events.

Your Profile

• You are a Bachelor or Master student in Software Engineering
• You are familiar with Atlassian tooling like Jira.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe is preferred.
• You can work independently and you have good communication skills.
• You have an open mind and willing to learn from your colleagues.

This is a Bachelor apprentice/graduation or a Master apprentice internship for 5 days a week with a duration of a minimum 4-5 months. The start date is as of September 2021.

This position requires access to U.S. controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such U.S. controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with applicants who are immediately eligible to access U.S. controlled technology.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
