Job Mission

In this role, you will perform data and process analysis to support better decision-making. Your role is to setup a data infrastructure that is easily maintainable and where needed program data interfaces. You will create management reports that provide insights in KPIs, trends and forecasts. In collaboration with business key-users, you will develop and implement solutions (e.g., business applications, enhancements, process improvements) for the challenges we face on re-using of materials.

Job Description

- Identify and execute re-use opportunities by translating inventory data into actionable information

- Design and implement data repository to enable business analytics and performance measurement

- Automating operational activities to support the operational processes

- Analyze, specify and implement business applications, enhancements and process improvements in partnership with business key-users

- Support and maintain business managed applications relevant to your expertise; perform troubleshooting of incidents, and manage process changes

Education

Relevant Master degree (e.g. in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering)

Experience

- 2-5 years relevant work experience as Business Analyst, preferably in Supply Chain Management context

- In-depth understanding of supply-demand and planning concept

- Expert in data analysis, and reporting / performance measurement

- Proficient in Excel (coding in VBA), Power BI and Access skills

- Experience in ERP (SAP ECC / HANA)

Preferred

- Experience in MS SQL Server and Spotfire

- Experience in developing reports and dashboards preferably in the Supply Chain area.

Context of the position

Re-use department is responsible to define and operationalize sustainability strategy for current and new ASML products and processes globally. Within Re-use, Re-use scheduling team is responsible driving re-use process, owner worldwide re-use inventory, and global planning of re-usable materials within ASML.
