Introduction

Are you experienced in leading complex programs, are you experienced with Privacy and are you able to communicate effectively across all levels? As Privacy Operations Manager you will be contributing to setting up and maintaining the ASML privacy practice, supporting ASML in its Privacy Compliance Journey contributing to implement the ASML Privacy Control Framework and monitoring progress. Job Description

Framework and projects:

  • Setup, maintain and enable implementation of the ASMLPrivacy Control Framework, recurrently measuring level of implementationand maturity;
  • Develop, maintain and drive the delivery of thePortfolio of Privacy Projects;
  • Ensure continuous alignment and coordination betweenall actors involved in the Privacy Compliance journey, both within thePrivacy office and within the rest of the Company, becoming a trustedpartner working and influencing cross-functionally;
  • Coordinate and maintain updated the global network ofPrivacy Champions, keeping them engaged and acting as first point ofcontact for questions / inquiries;
  • Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of theapplication of the ASML Binding Corporate Rules;
  • Contribute in the management of the identified PrivacyRisks, in accordance with the ASML Privacy Risk Management model.

Operationalization:

  • Develop, maintain and drive the implementation of ASMLPrivacy Operations with a well-documented roadmap, goals and objectives;
  • Develop, maintain and drive the implementation of thePrivacy Communications and Awareness Program;
  • Supervise and coordinate the setup, periodicmaintenance and update of the Privacy Processes, supervising and ensuringsmooth execution;
  • Setup, maintain and manage privacy technology andtools, in collaboration with IT and external suppliers;
  • Setup, maintain and update the Privacy Office budget,coordinating and delivering the periodic planning of the Privacy Office;
  • Be the first point of connection with the PrivacyOffice suppliers.


Team and reporting:

  • Organization and facilitate Privacy meetings and events
  • Enable the Knowledge Management & ProfessionalDevelopment of the ASML Privacy Office
  • Be part of the ASML Privacy Board
  • Manage one direct report and up to four Privacy interns
  • Design, create and communicate Privacy Reportsstructuring them in dashboards

Education & Experience

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the role of Program Manager
  • Excellent understanding and strong experience on Privacy related matters
  • Experience applying Agile Frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead change management efforts

Context of the position

The ASML Privacy Office is part of the ASML Privacy Practice, based on a dual-layers organization, composed by the Privacy Office itself and by the Privacy Network. The ASML Privacy Office acts as focal point for all the privacy and personal data protection matters within the company.
The pending approval of ASML’s Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), relating to the international transfer of data, will expand the scope of the personal data protection legal requirements to other regions and additional stakeholders (employees and business partners) in these regions.

Other information

This is a full-time position (40 hours). Working part-time can be discussed in case you're available for at least 32 hours.
