Within the Sourcing & Supply Chain Operations Re-use (S&SC Ops Re-use) organization of ASML, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager helping us by leading and driving key projects within our sector to implement process improvements that enable the re-use of materials. Re-use is a corporate strategy for ASML and our department is supporting this objective by identifying new opportunities and driving improvements in our supply chain that supports the re-use of materials. Several cross departmental improvement initiatives are started to drive re-use and you will be leading one or more of these process improvements across several departments.

Job Mission

The S&SC Ops Re-use department is responsible for driving material re-use within the supply chain. The covers activities over several operational departments like factories, suppliers and supply chain departments (e.g. Operational Supply Management and Customer Supply Chain Management). In your role as senior project manager you will drive improvement projects across these departments that enable material re-use incorporating in demand & supply

Your mission will be:

- Be a change manager by supporting the operational teams driving process changes to enable re-use.

- Drive cross-sector improvement project to change and embed process improvements in the standing organization. Connecting different departments to maximally drive material re-use and identifying new opportunities for re-use.

Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager Supply Chain Re-use you will define, drive and implement large cross-department projects that will enable material re-use across the supply chain. Furthermore:

- Connecting the factory supply chain with our customer supply chain to pro-actively redistribute materials between the flows

- Drive improvements initiatives for the material reverse flow that enable material re-use

- Develop and drive for implementation of a supplier repair strategy to reduce repair cycle time

- Create & implement new opportunities for process improvement that contribute to the overall ambition for ASML on material re-use

- Be a change agent towards the operational department to drive material re-use opportunities


Relevant Master degree (e.g. in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering)


- Project and Program knowledge and experience (5-10years); Preferably with a supply chain and/or business focus

- Track record of leading process improvement projects

- A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision making skills, change management skills, people management skills and project management skills

- Analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload
