Job Mission
People Services is the primary HR contact center for employees and managers and is responsible for managing all Hire2Retire Operational processes. The colleagues in our Front Office are the first point of contact for questions by employees. As Service Point of Contact (SPOC), you are liaison on a local level among People Services, HR Business Partners, employees, and managers to facilitate change adoption. You are also point of contact for China, supporting resolving recurring service delivery issues.
Job Description
Owns feedback and feedforward loops between local HRteams and regional People Services teams.
Support local change adoption, like information andcommunication towards local managers & employees in closecollaboration with HR Line.
Early involvement in significant local sector/sitespecific issues with operational services impact. Facilitate solutions inclose collaboration with Regional (team) Lead.
Inform HR business partners on updates from local HRServices (process improvements, service expansion etc).
Present and discuss relevant management informationwith HR business partners related to local HR services delivery and changeadoption.
Support Global Services Sector Lead and Regional Leadin (improvement) projects.
Drive standardization, simplification, automation andefficiency gains in relation to the relevant processes in its own domain.
Participate in (improvement) projects and safeguard ownknowledge & skills.
You have a Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in HR.
Knowledge of HR practice, HR processes, HR systems and China labor regulations
Understands China dynamics and operational context.
Context awareness e.g. combining depth with practical application
Change management capabilities and dealing with resistance
Problem solving capabilities e.g. ability to translate recurring operational issues, supported by data, into practical solutions

Context of the position
This job will reside under Regional People Services. You will report to Team Lead / Regional People Services Manager. Your main stakeholders will be the Front & back office colleagues, SME peers, HR Expertise (tier 3) and related teams, as well as HR Line and external parties. You will participate in regional and global meetings, projects and continuous improvements. The office location is Shanghai.
