Job Description

To be completed•Service coordinator work :
oManage service order (SO) end-to-end process, including communications with internal and external customers.
oBillable labor & parts sales.
oSpare parts sales.
•SMS support and training :
oBe SMS key user, support pilot testing activities
oSMS & SAP support, including escalation and problem solving, authorization requests for end users.
oSMS applications & nPGP project support (time-writing / Material handling / Service Order / HRizon) trainings to end users.
•Business support :
oOption and special deal support
oSO support
oBusiness administration & documentation support (DST, SLA, quotation, OSO status, install-base data maintenance).
oData analysis / data monitoring and reporting
•Office / GA support
oAs backup for office coordinators
oCS supports (e.g. Easybuy PR creation for Fab/SO related operations) 

Education

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or comparable.

Experience

• ~2 years of administrative work experience preferred

Personal skills

•English skill (verbal and written)
•Microsoft application skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
•Sets priorities and structures daily operations, plans ahead and keeps deadlines.
•Pays attention to details, consistently adheres to rules, procedures and processes.
•Works effectively in team and cooperates.Share knowledge and workload with others.
