Introduction

The Global Business Process Lead (GBPL) is the champion and custodian of their end-to-end (E2E) process(es), managing the design, implementation and continuous improvement. The GBPL is responsible for identifying and prioritizing the business requirements that determine how the application solution will support the E2E process, as well as translating the vision and objectives for their E2E process to the appropriate process and operational practices. They support the Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) in delivering against their mandate and they are responsible for ensuring that the needs of the business are addressed and are actively driving the adoption. They work closely with the other E2E process GBPLs to align the processes
as well as managing and prioritizing demand within their E2E process.

Job Description

  • Owner of an E2E process with a mandate for decision making, under the guidance of the GBPO
  • Responsible for design, quality and maintenance of E2E process and to (re-) define, implement, as well as measure and improve the E2E process
  • Represents the business requirements for their E2E process, bridging the integration of E2E processes into projects and clusters
  • Ensuring the scope as set by the BTO is understood and adhered to throughout the clusters and cascading projects by actively coaching the Product Owners and Global Subject Matter Experts in the designated cluster(s)
  • Support the delivery of ONE solutions from initiation to deployment, including change and adoption in line with the GBPO mandate
  • Participates in the CST/CIT(TBC) meeting ensuring ASML end-to-end optimized solutions
  • Support the effective adoption of ONE solutions through integrating capability hexagon considerations (mission, process, information, technology, people, organization)
  • First escalation point for Business Architects and work streams in case of guidance and issues related to their E2E process
  • Oversight of business processes to ensure that they deliver the strategy and are fit for purpose for the business
  • Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders to deliver standard, consistent and cost-effective processes
  • Monitor performance of respective processes and initiates proposals to improve, initiate, analyze, filter and advise on requested changes (“demand”) to processes and/or system support within their E2E process
  • Close alignment with GBPO in terms of overall strategy and ensuring end-to-end process design
  • Prioritization and management of demand created within their E2E process which in turn is effectively inputted into the GBPO demand for the E2E process group
  • Alignment and integration with other E2E process GBPOs and GBPLs
  • Continuous monitors the performance of their E2E process incl. KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance to process standards and operating model
  • Develops and manages policies and procedures for his/her E2E process

Education

Master degree

Experience

  • A Senior Manager level
  • Spends 100% of time on the program and is part of EMS
  • Has an excellent standing within the organization
  • Has deep knowledge of the E2E process and ASML organization
  • Preferably performed multiple roles within the organization
