Primary stakeholders are the development team, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, group leader and the Product Component Manager. It is essential that you get to know your internal/external stakeholders who need your specific competence to create solutions in the scope of the Diagnostics domain.

You guide and assist software realization and apply a scrum/kanban based, agile way of working. In addition you challenge and support the associated software technology roadmap and its updates. Furthermore, you take initiative in team development amongst others by means of sprint evaluation and quality improvement.

  • Be a Scrum master for a ~10 FTE software team, facilitating scrum rituals

Education

BSc or MSc in a technical field, like computer science, software engineering or equivalent.

Experience

  • Thorough experience as scrum master in the high-tech sector
  • Experience in agile development of technical software for high-tech equipment, Java is preferred
  • Experienced with working in an Agile software development environment.
