Job Mission

Together with your team you will be responsible for availability and supply chain costs of high tech parts and tools. Matching demand of after sales activities at the customer sites & ensuring that (thousands of) high-tech parts and tools are available on-time, on-spec, at the right quality and within budget. Drive the Customer Supply Chain Management department to entirely new levels of operational excellence.

Job Description

- Lead and manage a team of highly skilled supply chain professional (+/- 11 FTE).
- Coach & develop and grow the team to a next level of maturity; Manage team engagement
- Ensure and deliver Supply Chain performance at optimal cost levels of one of our business lines
- You will act on operational and tactical level in the management teams of the Customer Supply Chain Management department and drive goals in line with the supply chain management 2025 vision
- You translate the CSCM/FMA mission, vision to team targets, set priorities and drive the improvement roadmap with the team, incorporating the Voice of the Customer
- Coordinate and manage operational KPI’s, using lean techniques to streamline operations and bring these in line with customer requirements
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement to optimize logistical performance & costs with the team
- You will build and maintain a network of stakeholders and cooperate effectively with these stakeholders
- Ensure quality of deliverables Field Material Availability Business Line team


- Relevant master degree (e.g. supply chain, business administration or engineering)


- > 8 years of relevant experience in an international company with ideally supply chain, engineering, operations background
- Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry
- Experience in leading multiple disciplinary teams
- Experience in coaching and developing employees
- Leading global projects

Personal skills

- Leadership skills, drive for results, act under high pressure
- Result oriented, convincing, pro-active and “can do” mentality
- Proven experience in lean six sigma
- Excellent professional communication in English and preferably Dutch
- Excellent analytics skills and problem solving abilities
- Independent worker, taking the initiative, pro-active attitude, goal oriented but flexible
