As a member of the Facilities Management team, you will be responsible to participate in facilities related project meetings, track action items and deliverables for various activities, coordinate small capital and non-capital projects at the Silicon Valley campus, and identify improvement opportunities and present options and project plans to the organization leadership. Additionally, you will maintain and organize project related documentation including schedules, RFIs, projects and tasks on schedule and budget, and assist in the planning of preventative maintenance, repair and work order activities as needed.
As a Project Coordinator:
Establishes, selects, implements, and coordinates administrative procedures and systems that supports FM goals and objectives
Works with a variety of project management and spreadsheet software to maintain project timeline and track resource allocation, performance metrics and other project related information.
Communicates with Facility Management team as necessary to monitor and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Monitors expenditures and reconciles financial statements to ensure compliance with budgetary parameters and guidelines.
Composes substantive correspondence and written material. Assists with communication of project status and other information as necessary.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Associates degree (Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Science) required or equivalent experience.
5-10 yearsof work experience in project or service delivery management.
Basicproject management and process development knowledge.
Experiencedwith using applications Outlook, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint andSharePoint.
Excellentcommunicator, being able to influence without hierarchical power, andcreative in managing a large and diverse range of stakeholders.
Maintainspersonal effectiveness and people focus under pressure, high speed ofchange and uncertainty.
Ability toguide, coach and advise at all organizational levels to effect sustainablechange and improving the project and process maturity level of theorganization.
