During your internship you will be part of the Global People Development team. This team is part of HR Expertise and creates the environment, inspiration and resources to enable all ASML employees to work on their personal and professional development. As part of this team, you will be collaborating with a group of colleagues based in different countries and different departments across ASML.
Your internship assignment would be to help make an inventory of different kinds of learning and development needs among the different types of people working for ASML. You would support with making an inventory of these needs, as well as looking for supportive solutions, both inside and outside of ASML. Examples of such solutions are ‘Online Learning’ providers and ‘social learning’ solutions such as coaching and mentoring.
This would preferably be a working internship. However, there is also a possibility to do research, for example on how different types of learning solutions are more or less effective, depending on specific conditions.
- You are a 3rd or 4th year bachelor student or master student in Business, Human Resource Management, Educational Science or related.
- As you will need to align with people from different countries, it’s important that you are fluent in English, both verbal and written, and that you are culturally sensitive.
- You are a good communicator, proactive and not afraid to ask questions or speak your mind.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and align with a broad group of stakeholders.
- Being comfortable working with MS Office applications such as Powerpoint, Word and Excel is preferred.
- You are flexible regarding working remotely and independent.
- You are available for minimum six months, up to one year.
- You are available to start as soon as possible.
