Job Description

Responsibilities :
1. SAP management: Create Scheduled SOs, support engineer on SAP system errors and tickets escalation if needed.
2. Reports: Create all kinds of professional reports that related to sites’ KPI or needed from management team.
3. Project support: Manage and deep involve in company projects as assigned roles.
4. Operation: Communication bridge of internal, external customer and different departments with setting and optimizing process to help CS team to achieve targets.
5. Commercial support: Billable parts/labor sales, Quotation preparation/PO recognize, commercial contract tracking, machine relocation follow-up. frequently Communicate with Sales and CS team to maximize company benefit.
Requirements:
1. >3 years’ working experience with at least Bachelor degree.
2. Skilled at customer service and Microsoft products( outlook/Excel/PPT, etc.) Enterprise software, Spotfire skill will be preferred
3. Strong sense and good understanding of financial and commercial principles and process.
4. Effective communication skills and be able to work with different department colleagues smoothly.
5. Excellent problem solving ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
6. Flexible to work any assigned work.
7. Good communication skills in written and oral English
8. Good teamwork spirit.
