This position is located in Wilton CT and you can work from home part of each week. We're at the forefront of technology innovation because of the extraordinary efforts and ingenuity of our employees.The Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for the talent acquisition delivery across several business groups located in the US. You will be leading the recruitment delivery for these high growth, fast paced businesses.You willreport to the US Head of Talent Acquisition and be part of the US Talent Acquisition leadership team.You will lead, coach, drive and inspire a talented team of recruiters.


You will partner with employment branding for consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.Align on annual workforce target and provide guidance to management on external talent market.Using metrics and data to inform stakeholders on hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, best practices & innovative recruitment plans.

Job Description

  • Manages key business partnerrelationships and provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiringmanagers to effectively deliver the most optimal recruiting solutions.
  • Develops and implement strategic recruitment plan for business groups.
  • Contributes to the US wide recruitment strategy & Global recruitment strategy.
  • Monitors operational plan for own area and provides input to the overall US recruiting strategy.
  • Participates in quarterly business review meetings withall key stakeholders to show progress on recruitment plans and keyprojects for US Recruitment.
  • Works with USRecruiting leadership on process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Participates in candidateAttraction activities related to Diversity, Veterans Hiring, UniversityRelations and Affirmative Action.
  • Assists withthe development and monitoring of Talent Acquisition reporting andanalytics to monitor performance levels and drive strategic improvements.
  • Works with externalvendors, negotiate fees, manage success of vendors.
  • Works onvarious projects in department as needed including planning, resourceallocation, staffing budgets, and alternate channel identification.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of twelve years of experience in HR/Recruitment.

Experience

Other information

  • This position is located on-site in Wilton, CT.It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
  • A flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).
